This summer, Tottenham Hotspur is looking to add a new striker.

Following Harry Kane’s departure to Bayern Munich in 2023, the North Londoners made the decision not to sign a replacement for the player.

Spurs did a decent job without the England captain, but it is clear as day that they need a new number nine if they want to go to the next level.

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Tottenham are exploring a move for Dominic Solanke this summer, but that is a very difficult deal to complete.

Now, a report has revealed who Spurs could go for if talks for Solanke prove unsuccessful.

Solanke could be a wanted man this summer.

The Bournemouth striker had a very impressive 2023/24 season. He scored 19 goals in the Premier League, which is a fantastic return considering he played for a side that finished 12th.

Tottenham’s interest has been well publicised, while reports have claimed that Arsenal are also thinking of signing Solanke because he’s a cheaper option compared to Viktor Gyokeres.

However, the Bournemouth star will cost a lot of money as well.
