**Title: Leeds United Eyes Danny Ings as Final Transfer Target Before Deadline**

Leeds United is making headlines with their latest transfer strategy, aiming to strengthen their attacking options in the closing days of the transfer window. Following their recent acquisition of Tottenham winger Manor Solomon on a season-long loan, Leeds is now eyeing another potential signing to bolster their squad.

The club has been actively seeking to fill the gaps left by Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter, who recently departed for West Ham United and Brighton & Hove Albion, respectively. To address these departures, Leeds secured Largie Ramazani from Almeria in a £10 million deal last week. Ramazani became the fifth signing of the summer and the first attacking addition for the team. Now, with Solomon joining the ranks, Leeds has further strengthened their offensive lineup.

As the transfer deadline approaches, Leeds is not slowing down. Manager Daniel Farke has expressed interest in bringing in a midfielder and a full-back, with reports suggesting a bid has been made for Sheffield United’s Gus Hamer. However, it seems that Leeds is also considering adding another forward to their roster.

Recent updates from journalist Darren Witcoop indicate that Leeds is “in the mix” to sign West Ham’s Danny Ings in the final days of the window. Witcoop noted that Ings, who has struggled for consistent game time at West Ham, could be an attractive option for Championship teams like Leeds. Despite his high weekly wage of £125,000 and limited recent appearances, Ings’ past experience in the Championship with Burnley, where he played a key role in their promotion, makes him a valuable prospect.

Ings has only scored one goal in 390 Premier League minutes this season and finds himself out of favor at West Ham. With Leeds currently relying on Mateo Joseph, Joel Piroe, and Patrick Bamford for their centre-forward positions—though Bamford is again dealing with injury—the addition of Ings could provide a much-needed boost. It remains to be seen if Leeds will finalize this move, as the club has yet to sign players over the age of 30 under Farke’s management. As the transfer window nears its end, Leeds could be one of the most active clubs, potentially making significant moves if they fail to secure their other targets in time.
