EINTRACHT FRANK..: ‘The punch we need’ – Rasmus Kristensen Frankfurt role explained after Leeds United exit
The Danish defender joined Eintracht Frankfurt on a season-long loan deal
Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen will add the ‘punch’ Eintracht Frankfurt needed after his loan deal was confirmed on Friday.
The Danish defender will link up with Dino Toppmoller’s side after agreeing a season-long loan move to the Bundesliga club. It’s the second loan deal of his Leeds career, following a move to AS Roma last season after the Whites were relegated from the Premier League.
Leeds are closing in on a £5m deal for Sheffield United defender Jayden Bogle, meaning Kristensen was allowed to leave Elland Road, and link up with former United team-mate Robin Koch in Germany. Toppmoller was delighted to have secured the services of the 27-year-old and explained what he would bring to his side.
