Butland, who Ibrox manager Philippe Clement recently revealed to be worth £30 million, was Stoke’s starting goaltender when Bursik, who grew up idolizing his own football player, joined the Premier League team as a young player in 2017. Bursik, who is returning to the Scottish Premiership after a season marred by injuries in Belgium, is still finding motivation from a goalkeeper whose career was revitalized by his transfer there last summer.
