BREAKING NEWS: Now that Paulo Bernardo is signed, Celtic may add another midfield player for £3.3 million.

According to reports, Celtic is attempting to sign a long-term target this summer in an effort to bolster their roster before the start of the upcoming Scottish Premiership season.
Celtic concentrates on loanees’ permanent moves
Following their victories in the Scottish League and Cup (both over fierce rivals Rangers), Brendan Rodgers’ team has had a peaceful summer. Veteran goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, who signed a one-year contract after leaving Belgian team Anderlecht, has taken Joe Hart’s spot in retirement.
“Celtic is a globally recognized football team with a strong brand, genuine enthusiasm, and impressive accomplishments.
Viljami Sinisalo, a 22-year-old backup goalkeeper who is coming from Aston Villa, has also been announced as a player. However, the main emphasis has been on attempting to arrange long-term transfers for their productive loanees from the previous campaign.
After scoring nine goals while on loan from Norwich, striker Adam Idah was a top target for Rodgers at the end of the season, but a deal is becoming more and more elusive.
