BREAKING NEWS: Miami Dolphins’ tight end Jonnu Smith calls Buffalo, New York, the “worst place you could be.”

People from Western New York take great pride in their origins, particularly in Buffalo and the Buffalo Bills. On the banks of Lake Erie, the Bills have a genuine social embeddedness.

But tight end with the Miami Dolphins Jonnu Smith is not the same kind of person who feels that way about Buffalo. His latest remarks indicate that, in actuality, he hates the city.

After playing for the Atlanta Falcons the previous season, Jonnu Smith signed with the Miami Dolphins this summer. However, he played for two seasons with the New England Patriots, an in-division opponent of the Bills and Dolphins, prior to that. That meant yearly travels to Buffalo, and to put it mildly, they are not the biggest New England Patriots supporters.

“This explains why the fans are so hateful; they want to be here,” Have you ever visited Buffalo? Oh my goodness, this guy. I have no idea how those guys manage it. How they achieved it eludes me. Man, I have no idea how they accomplished it. Man, I’m heading to Buffalo from anyplace in the country. It has had to be the worst possible place to be. He said, “And the Buffalo wings aren’t even good. They ain’t even good.”

I understand that Buffalo’s weather isn’t quite as nice as Miami’s. Compared to many NFL locations, there are presumably fewer entertainment alternatives and excellent dining establishments. However, a great deal of players appear to like playing in Buffalo because of the city’s treatment of them and the supporters’ unwavering devotion.

Furthermore, attempting buffalo wings is going too far. The city not only created the hot wing, but it also mastered it. In many cities, Buffalo’s average wing is superior to the best wing.

Smith has 2428 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns in his seven-year career, of which the first four were spent with the Titans. Those are respectable stats, I suppose, but perhaps he should be more focused on getting open and less worried about Buffalo.

In Week 9, the Dolphins visit Buffalo. Week to week, the crowd is already rowdy, so I’m assuming these remarks will just make things worse.
