Hamza Igamane sends new message ahead of brand new Rangers transfer

Hamza Igamane has seemingly bid farewell to AS FAR ahead of his move to Rangers.

The striker took to Instagram on 3 July and left a heartfelt message to his club after the Gers reached an agreement for the 21-year-old [TEAMtalk, 2 July].

Igamane’s post simply ended with “Thank you for everything” which more or less guarantees his departure.

The striker is set to sign a five-year contract after a fee of £2.5million was agreed upon for his transfer.

What can Hamza Igamane bring to Rangers next season

Across the summer window thus far, Rangers have already been undergoing some major changes.

Ryan Jack and Borna Barisic are among those who have departed Ibrox whilst five players have arrived.

One area Philippe Clement hadn’t yet added any firepower to was upfront. Abdallah Sima who was on loan with the club departed at the end of the season whilst Cyriel Dessers’ future is unclear.

Igamane will be the first number nine addition to the side and, despite being on the younger side much like the other arrivals, could help lead the line next season.
