Kevin Durant Says His Play For Team USA Is Like Michael Jordan’s; Stephen Curry Selects Chris Mullin
Team USA members discussed which players from the legendary 1992 Dream Team they felt their games resembled. Michael Jordan and Kevin Durant were said to have comparable styles of play. Stephen Curry compared his style of play to that of Warriors great Chris Mullin, while Jayson Tatum compared himself to fellow Celtics legend Larry Bird.
Kevin Durant: “Yes, I am aware of the team members.” Michael Jordan.
Jayson Tatum: “My heritage is Celtic. This will be popular, I’m going to say Larry Bird.”
“Chris Mullin, two great shooters,” said Stephen Curry.
Devin Booker: “I don’t think of myself in terms of guys like that. I hold them in high regard.”
“Ahhh, no,” says Anthony Edwards.
